So here you really get the best schnitzel ever. We love coming here because the quality is just very good. We have been coming here for years and always get the same good quality for a good price. We like the ambience very much and the team is always very nice. It is definitely worth waiting for a free table here. Keep up the good work, we remain loyal to you and are happy to recommend you.

My favorite restaurant for 10 years and eaten here almost 100 times during that time, that actually says it all. Quaint restaurant with just the right (large) portions, delicious schnitzel and plenty of French fries. Very nice staff and always friendly service Parking spaces can almost always be found in the area, I've never had to walk for more than 2 minutes in a decade. And only cash is true.

We were here for the first time. Our experience was great. The waitress responded to every extra request from me (without reacting annoyed). Food was good and everyone was accommodating. We would love to come back.

The tree trunk house is always worth a visit! The service is super nice and personable. The food is of high quality and great value for money! Highly recommended for schnitzel meals! Great and appropriately warmly furnished.

A totally quaint restaurant that offers something to see everywhere. This turns eating into a real event. Also very, very tasty schnitzel and steaks. The portions are huge and the prices are totally reasonable! I always enjoy going there.

We had only ordered a children's schnitzel without anything, but they charged a complete schnitzel with fries and salad. Various people also came after us, but they had all received their food a long time before we got ours. Customer-friendly is something else. It used to be much better here!

Many thanks to the Baumstamm Haus team for the nice compensation of my birthday. I had dinner here with my family to end my birthday. Although we hadn't reserved a table, the more than friendly service was able to assign us a table. The food was more than great and my 6 year old daughter still gets bright eyes when she talks about the Spagetti Bolognese. At this point I would also like to mention that the service is very, very child-friendly. Dear Baumstamm Team, thank you for the nice evening and we'll see you again soon.

Very nice staff. Big portions for a great price and serve very quickly. Tastes very good, although the meat is a bit dry at times, but it can just be my impression.

Huge schnitzel with delicious sauce, large portion of chips and salad. The service was super fast and extremely friendly. All in all, only to be recommended.

On recommendation we decided to have a quick meal here today. Short wait at the door because the place was full but less than 5 minutes. later we were at a great table. Drinks were also there quickly. Nicole had a "small" schnitzel and I the meatloaf. The portions were huge and delicious. Finally a good meatloaf. We will definitely come back here.

Excellent customer service and the food is awesome too!

An authentic "townie" place, no tourists (other than us, of course) in sight. The proprietor took our orders and steered us in the right direction for the best schnitzel we had during our time in Germany. The portions were HUGE and took home foil-wrapped leftovers that we enjoyed for breakfast the next day. I know that taking home leftover food is totally an American convention, but with servings this big they seemed accustomed to the request.

If you are looking for the best-tasting schnitzel in Wiesbaden, don't waste your time on gigantic gimmicks from Waldgeist. Come here instead! This place gets quite crowded after opening their doors for the evening, so arrive early to avoid waiting. The decor is super cute and cozy, consisting of memorabilia and antiques that make you feel like you are at grandma's (or Oma's) house. The waitstaff are friendly and speak both German and English. The star of the show is the schnitzel. All of the Rahm sauces (cream sauces) are delicious, and this schnitzel is also absolutely delicious on its own, Wiener Art (Vienna style, served plain with lemon wedges and parsley). I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking for the real schnitzel experience.

Super trendiges Restaurant

4 Stars, because the Schnitzel and the Place are 5 Star. But the Steaks, at least ours, was not more than 3 stars.. It was not "soft", very hard to cut. If you look for a good steak, go for another place. Everything else is great!

Had a large group they did a great job. Very friendly staff. The food was so good. The beer great. Fun atmosphere
